Cielo Azul Counseling provides online therapy services throughout Texas for adolescents and adults. Services are available in English and Spanish and are tailored to each person’s needs, goals, and experiences.

    • Individual therapy provides a supportive space for adolescents and adults navigating trauma, emotional regulation, life transitions, grief, and other mental health concerns. Therapy is personalized to your needs and incorporates trauma-informed and neurodiversity-affirming approaches.

Information about session fees, payment options, and insurance can be found below. If you have questions about fees or coverage, please reach out before scheduling.

  • Private pay: $140 per session

  • Limited sliding-scale slots available based on financial need

  • We are in network with Cigna, Aetna, Carelon Behavioral Health, and Curative.

  • We can also check out of network benefit.
